    I have a problem.  I bought a second hard drive, and re-installed
Linux, but when I went to get the isapnp.conf file, it doesn't exist.
I took the soundcard out and fiddled with the modem, I got it to say OK
after I ran isapnp, but it says "Garbled Time" when I run cu.
    I also can only log onto the internet, when I log in as root, not
when I log in as a user.  Can someone please help, I am getting close.
Someone helped me before, but I didn't know how to re-configure
everything, without re-installing, so I re-installed.  I am getting
close.  It also says, that all ports are in use.
