[aclug-L] Hard Drive Mounting question

I know this is a newbie question, but I can't seem to
find the place to change this.  I want the Windoze
partition of my hard drive to mount when i boot, then
to not allow a user to unmount it.  How would I go
about doing this?  Would it be in my /etc/fstab file?
