Actually, no, that's been the problem.  The thing is basically an amd
486SX25 with onboard video and net card, so it *should* be bootable with a
normal Linux kernel.  But somewhere along the line I'm either missing
something or have configured something wrong.  I've read documentation
until my brain has turned to mush.  Perhaps I should think on this a few
days before I try it again...
