Re: [aclug-L] Weak Southwind Connection

Steve,
Thanks, that seemed to help as I am sending this now through linux and
the connection is much more solid.
I didn't have it yesterday, but today I have been trying to get diald to
work. It will dial and connect, but doesn't start PPP on Southwind's
side. I had this problem with them before when I was trying to get a
dos ppp connection. The log shows all of the messages you would get if
dialing from a terminal program like procomm.
I want to get diald to work with southwind. Are there any suggested
connect scripts, or diald.conf file that works with Southwind?
Thanks,
Carl
