Well i'm no expert, but assuming we had a server, we'd have to translate
the video to real video format, then have a place to serve it from. It
couldn't be John's computer, there isn't even a client for Real Video 
for alpha linux. 

Currently your best bet is someone typing up the meeting notes, unless
someone brings a camera, then we might sell/give/lend tapes , but real
audio is not a big likelyhood
