I looked at it after seeing the pointer on /.  There isn't any real code,
just some pretty uneventful html.  As many of the /. comments say, while
Gore's election committee would probably welcome contributors to the
technical content of their website, I seriously doubt they'd appreciate
someone using it as a true "open source" thing.  That would imply that you
could copy their site and make a spoof site from it, or use it for your
business, or whatever.
