The install procedures for these programs usually include a copy of
their manpage to the man directories.  If they don't, copy them manually.
I know RPM installs manpages, and before that, most Makefiles installed
the manpages with a 'make install'.

Are these homebrew programs [that aren't installing manpages], or what?
