[aclug-L] redhat 5.2 dial up problem

hi...
I have a problem with redhat 5.2 dial up.
It cant resolv its nsserver from anyuser except from root
It seems that the machine dont detect that it already connect to the
internet, but from root the machine can detect.
I cant do anything from any user except root. (cant telnet, irc, www, etc.)
