PII has 512k of onboard L2 cache, running at 1/2 processor clock.
Celeron A processors (Mendecino(sp) core) have 128k onboard L2 cache
running at full processor clock speed.
Old Celeron's don't have any onboard L2 cache.

One tech source for info is http://www.tomshardware.com
