hmm... nope, definately not running as root... i'm using k2.0.36 and
everything else is (with the exception of 1 or 2 libs, such as gtk+ and glib)
the same version as RedHat 5.2. i'm running the S3V X server, WindowMaker, and
a bunch of dockapps (if that makes any difference).
any thing look suspicious there? i've got a friend who is running a very
similar software setup, and it installed the first time for him... don't know
why...
