Are you sure?  Because when I go there, I get a "Linux Debian User's Guide
-- 2nd Edition for Debian 2.0".  Clicking on that link takes me to
http://www.linuxpress.com/001002.htm.  From there, you can get to the manual
by clicking the appropriate link, which takes you to
http://www.linuxpress.com/debusered2.htm.
