and, if you could make qt and gtk+ look the same...  i'm tired of having about a
billion different looks for buttons, scrollbars, menus, etc...  i'm using 
GtkSTeP,
and am working on installing TkSTeP and neXtaw...  i would like all my apps 
(that
use shared widgets) to have the same NeXT-ish look..  anyone know of good 
places to
look for this type of stuff?

also, KDE and GNOME can somewhat peacefully coexist... i'm using GNOME
session-manager with KDE's file manager (kfm)... they work really nicely 
together
(tho' i wish i could use the gtk+ look with both), but configuring KDE stuff 
gets
tricky, since i'm not running KDE... oh well...  i'm still waiting for a public
release of gmc, or whatever they plan on using as GNOME's default filemanager in
GNOME 1.0...
