If you mean you built a new kernel...

You have 3 choices...
1.  Ignore the messages unless you are having trouble...
2.  Run "depmod -a" to build the module dependency file for the new
modules you built.
3.  Remove all the current modules and do a make install_modules in
/usr/src/linux, followed by running "depmod -a".

Oh... And make sure you are booting with the new kernel...
