Those files must be passed by the Debian testing team before they are
formally integrated into the main distribution.

The word is that a number of those packages will be integrated within
a few days.  The Apache issue is a bit trickier since a fix has not
been made available for the version of Apache in Debian 2.0, so the
"fix" there is Apache 1.3.1 which causes some incompatibilities with
two 2.0 packages (I forget which ones at the moment).

You can integrate the stable-updates tree like this, IIRC:

deb ftp://ftp1.us.debian.org/debian/ dists/stable-updates/
