[aclug-L] icq prob (fwd)

Dear Sir/Madame ,
I have a redhat linux 4.2 linux box with 8 mb ram ,svga color display. I
have also installed Xwindows in it . 
I downloaded jdk-1.1.4_static and icqjava_preview. While trying to run icq
the following error message is given:-

SIGSIGV 
11* segmentation violation 
stackbase=(nil) stackpointer=(nil)

FULL THREAD dump
NUll(TID :0X405a60a8, sys_thread_t:0x81013e8,state:R) prio=5

Well I have successfully installed icq on redhat linux 5 with jdk 1.1.5.
But I also want to do it in this redhat 4.2 box.
I will be very grateful for your help.
