Debian 2.0 will have a FreeCiv package.  I had thought 1.3.1 did but
apparently not?

Anyway, the website that I have on file is
http://www.daimi.aau.dk/~allan/freeciv.html, although I get a message
saying that it's moved to http://freeciv.ultraviolet.org/.
