[webdev] httpd debug

I'm having some trouble getting this test machine set up. I have
aolserver running, listening to port 80, but I can't get a
connection, either locally (even using localhost). A telnet
to port 80 gives me a connection refused message. Smells like
some residual firewalling. Any ideas?
