Yeah I think it is self signed. The weird thing is that it was working
for a while before failing. I didn't update python or offlineimap in the
meantime. I don't think that my imap provider changed their certificate
in the meantime. 

Is there some way to further debug this? What is error 61 that is
returned by connect_ex? I couldn't find any documentation on errors on
the python website.
