Planning for 4.1.0

Some things I plan to do for 4.1.0:

 * Remove the Tk interfaces.  Tkinter is *still* buggy and segfaults
   and leaks memory, and people (understandably) blame OfflineIMAP
   for this.  I'm tired of it, haven't used the Tk interfaces myself
   for years, so I'll just yank 'em.

 * Move the FAQ to the wiki.

 * Sift through the outstanding Debian bugs and see if there's
   anything that can be fixed without too much effort.

Contributions are, of course, welcome.  And chanks to Daniel Burrows
for sending in patches today.
