Found the solution myself. I started sylpheed-claws these days to look
for the changes since I last looked on it. Sylpheed-claws has taken the
same folder as I did ~/Mail and it pullutes them with own hidden files:

./Drafts/cur/.sylpheed_claws_cache
./Drafts/cur/.sylpheed_mark
./Drafts/new/.sylpheed_claws_cache
./Drafts/new/.sylpheed_mark
./Drafts/tmp/.sylpheed_claws_cache

Don't know wether its a bug of offlineimap to look at hidden files. But
as I delete them it just works again...
