If you already have folders at both places that you will be wanting to
sync, you'll have to establish a way to get all the mail to one place
before you run OfflineIMAP for the first time (I think!  I may be wrong
on that; maybe it'll just be Smart Enough, but I wouldn't risk it.)
Other than that, there is some fairly detailed information in the
OfflineIMAP manual / manpage on how it all works.
