Offlineimap (running on debian, version 3.99.10), has just crashed while
syncing my Inbox. The stack trace is:
Syncing INBOX: IMAP -> Maildir

Copy message -3 Maildir[INBOX] -> IMAP[INBOX], LocalStatus[INBOX]
Copy message -1 Maildir[INBOX] -> IMAP[INBOX], LocalStatus[INBOX]

I was actively reading mail locally (and deleting messages) using
Squirrelmail/Courier IMAP while offlineimap was running. Perhaps it found
a message needing syncing and by the time it got around to it it had been
deleted by my IMAP server? (Local is the Maildir side of offlineimap, but
I access it with an IMAP server; remote is an IMAP server on the
internet.)
