OK, as of revision 214, it looks like this feature works.

Yes, that is what I suggest.  Remember, if you do that, delete
~/.offlineimap/accountname as well.  (The version in subversion should now
auto-detect this condition and adjust, but it doesn't hurt to be safe!)
