www.sendmail.org, but most distros come with sendmail pre-installed
anyway...

there is a lot of documentation on sendmail.org... i'd suggest checking
it out... especially the parts about preventing open relays...

i've had experience w/ Cistron RADIUS and it's been fairly good... we
used it at WebSurf back when i worked there... it's GNU GPL, so it's
totally free...

http://www.radius.cistron.nl/

also, i'm sure a search on freshmeat.net would find others...
