There are many.  I will, of course, recommend Future Internet Services
first, as that is my company. :)  Give me a call at 1-888-359-4691 and I can
set you up, and will even help get Linux configured if necessary.

Some others popular ones are iWichita and Websurf--other members of ACLUG
either have worked for or still do work for these companies, too.
