What I think you should do is first to remove the master hard disk and plug
the other one as the master hard disk and then install if you want to be
safe.
IF not read the installation how to before you proceed and also remember
that your second hard disk will be hdb if its a IDE and Sdb if its a scsi
and if its the slave hard disk.
