[linux-help] Mail Server Question

I have a mail server and I want to host websites and
e-mail for multiple domains (let's say domain1.com and
domain2.com).  How do I seperate the e-mail address
from the username on the server?  For instance, if I
have bob@xxxxxxxxxxx and bob@xxxxxxxxxxx, how do I
keep them seperate?
