I've been messing around with installing Potato. A few questions...

Partitioning:
If I don't choose a mount point for some of the partitions I've initialized, will they get used for anything?

One of the suggested mount points is /boot. How will this get used? Is it worth having? Should I just stick with /?

I'm using two 545MB drives on my 486. I want to keep my partitioning scheme as simple as possible. The intended purpose for this machine will be FILE SERVER. I'd like to install Samba and give my Windows box a place to automatically backup certain directories. I'm assuming this data would be put in /var....correct?

Choosing Packages:
I've installed Potato twice on this 486. (I actually got the NFS install to work using my Win95 NFS server!) On both installs, I ran into the same problem. Due to a lack of understanding the key mapping, I accidentally exited the package selection program before I was ready. The first time, I ended up with zero packages. The second time, I ended up with only a few. How can I get back into the package selection program without starting the installation over from scratch?

Nathan
