I tried it here and it works.  Now, I tried to adjust the horizontal
scrollbar with:

Netscape*.hscroll.width: 20

however, it's ignored.  I wonder if anyone has solved that question.
The wider scrollbar is much nicer on the Thinkpad when using the
eraser head pointer.
