Question on HPComm Usage

Dear Mr. Davis;
When I tried to Upload a file from a PC to my HP-49
Calculator, I always get an error message box, telling me that the file name is
no valid(which is shown as attached). What is the problem
with me, or with HPComm? Please give me an advice on
