I do not know this program, but if its exist it should be on www.hpcalc.org.
You can also ask some guys on HP48 Forum comp.sys.hp48 from www.deja.com

Hi,

I've been told that there is a program that simulates a reset in the HP48.
When you press the keys needed, it just shows up as if it was resetting,
but then if you "reset" it again, you are back to your programs, libraries
ans stuff.

Does any one know where can I get it from?
