Well, here it is - the NTPUG mailing list.  So far, we have but three 
members (including myself), but a draft of a "quickie" page will be going
up on the web soon, hopefully spreading the word and drawing in more
users.  Once we get a dozen or so, we can see about coordinating meetings,
so let's hope this goes over well. =)
