[gopher] power failure apologies

We had both a power failure and a network connectivity break tonight which
caused helsinki (gopher.floodgap.com) to go off the air for a few hours --
I've just finished picking up the pieces with fsck, which for a few horrible
minutes balked at fixing the main partition, and then mysql. No data loss,
so we're back in action. I apologize for the unexpected downtime.
