[gopher] new stuff on Floodgap

Some new stuff on floodgap since this list is too quiet:

* Base reflectivity/NOAA radar mapping for the Gopher Groundhog, generated
  dynamically. The G3 is creaking a bit under that, but it's holding up.

I am still trying to shore up the newsfeeds section. I was looking at
Wikinews, but there's really not enough content for the complexity of what
it would take to "transcode" it. What other public access redistributable
news sources are out there that people like?
