[gopher] Simple Machines Off-line

Hey all,
Due to yet another move, my server will be basically off-line for
about 4-6 months.  During this time I've created a reduced version
of Simple on SDF:

    gopher://sdf.lonestar.org/1/users/simple/

For now it just contains the Phlog, Refs, Pics, and Misc.  I think
it's now possible to run CGIs on SDF's gopher but for now the dynamic
content has been omitted.

Unfortunately SDF's mdns.org thing can't point at a URL:port so there
won't be any redirection from gopher://jgw.mdns.org to the new URL.
I'll make a request for that feature to be added if possible.

Apologies to those linking to Simple; moving just isn't much fun.
