[gopher] "Begin Here" selector has Changed Servers

With JumpJet temporarily off-line in order to examine the problems brought 
forth by John Goerzen, suddenly no one has access to the "Begin Here" 
selector.  Chris from hal3000 has been willing to step forward and take over 
the selector.  Rather than this just being a temporary stop-gap, I am letting 
him have the selector perminently.  
 
Chris should have the archive up shortly.  Please change your pointers to this 
new URL when he sends a message that all is ready.  Thanks to all - JumpJet.
