[gopher] Overbite build 1405

Overbite build 1405 has been released. This fixes a bug where the brag window
kept appearing even when a non-Overbite extension was updated.

This bug only applies to Firefox 3. Firefox 2 owners do not need to update
and remain at build 1398 for the moment. There was a change made in the
credits page which I will carry over into the next build for FF2.
