[gopher] code freeze for Overbite 1.1 pending "public"

Firefox 2 users should update to 1.1-1390, which is now available from

        gopher://gopher.floodgap.com/1/overbite

or

        http://gopher.floodgap.com/overbite/

This fixes a problem with the internal buildmark not getting set.

Firefox 3 users can also update to this version, but there are few changes
for FF3 except a couple extra ports in the whitelist.

As I mentioned to Peter, Overbite will "launch" for public consumption and
be posted to bug 388195 on 18 June, after FF3 Download Day. Emergency patches
only between now and then.
