What do you mean by "modern"?  If the software supports the ability to serve-up 
Gopher pages from a 32bit (or 64bit) Windows platform, is incredibly easy to 
add and remove content (just drag and drop), serves links from a simple text 
file, runs in the background as a "windows service" (less than 10 minutes to 
initially install and configure), and will even operate remotely on a VPS 
(Virtual Private Server) somewhere off in the Internet cloud; is that "modern" 
enough for your tastes?
