[gopher] gopher and pygopherd source moved to git

Hi folks,

Today I have migrated the gopher and pygopherd trees from Darcs to
Git.

A gitweb interface, which lists Git locations to clone from, is
available here:

  http://git.complete.org/gopher
  http://git.complete.org/pygopherd

The entire history of both projects has been converted over as well.
The history of pygopherd dates back to 2002, and the history of gopher
to 2000.

Patches, of course, are still accepted here or in private email.
