[gopher] gopher.floodgap.com emergency downtime 7pm Pacific

helsinki, the Power Macintosh running gopher.floodgap.com, will go down for
emergency maintenance at 7pm today due to a hardware failure. A workaround
is in place which will keep it running during its regular busy daytime hours,
but it will be down for several hours tonight for repairs and testing.
