[gopher] Services being restored

Hello,

I have finally received the old machine and am working to restore services.
The following progress has been made:

 * The PyGopherD download area at http://quux.org/devel/gopher/pygopherd
   is back and is in working order.
 * The Subversion repository at http://svn.complete.org/ is back and is
   in working order.
