[gopher] Falling off the edge of the world

Based on current projections, Veronica-2 will exhaust its stack of prospects
by sometime next week, leaving a database approximately 7.7 million
selectors in size. I'll update the WAIS database for the "final" time then
and start working on maintenance processes for the database.

Just some food for thought.
