[gopher] gopher.ptloma.edu -> gopher.floodgap.com

As some of you might have seen on comp.infosystems.gopher, gopher.ptloma.edu
is now at gopher.floodgap.com. While gopher.ptloma.edu will continue to
work (since it points to the same address), it will eventually be phased out
so please use the new name.

Veronica-2 is also moving along with the rest of gopher.ptloma.edu, but all
the selectors are the same, so just the hostname need be changed.

Because of the arrangement I have with the university regarding stockholm's
connectivity, little else is expected to differ.
