[Freeciv] Virus warning: Sobig.F

Hello,

If you are reading this message and run on Windows, please immediately
obtain a up-to-date virus scanner and check your entire system for the
Sobig.F virus.

The mail server for the FreeCiv mailing lists has been innundated with
copies of Sobig.F viruses.  The anti-virus software detected approximately
700 of them in the past 9 hours -- a rate of more than one per minute -- and
the vast majority are being sent to FreeCiv mailing list addresses.

Fortunately, I can report that this has had no effect on the stability of
the mail server.  It's just a large pain.
