[Freeciv] Problems with freeciv "1.13.1-devel"

Hi everybody:
I was playing version "1.13.1-devel" for win32 with no 2000 years limit and
when the machine reach alpha centauri i lost. So far so good, so then i
reload the game and put the option "/set spacerace 0" in order to continue
playing; well everything smooth for a couple of moves but the the game
freezes!!!! no more moves available, impossible to do anything but quit.
I just wanted to share this with you peoples, in order to de-bug....a
possible bug. I'am attaching the game file and the clientrc file with the
options currently available.....
