[Freeciv] XPM->PNG Image Conversion

Attention all users of Freeciv for Windows!
Thanks to Roy Tate it is possible to convert *.xpm files into *.png files
that work properly. He found an image converter called "ImageMagick". It is
very useful for all windows users, who want to play on all the great
tilesets like NeoTrident or Tinydent and use Ancients or Fantasy modpack.
I'll soon put some of the converted tilesets on polish server to make them
available for more people.
