[Freeciv] How about a complete score reset with the new ranking system?

Hi,

so now that the new (and from the looks of things much improved, good
job those responsible), scoring system is up, would it be at all
possible to consider a complete score reset? On the one hand it's nice
to see the results of the last 2 months of games up there, but on the
other there was a long period where it was pretty arbitrary which games
got counted, and not that i really care you understand, but it would
be nice to have a complete fresh start.

The only other suggestions i have are, would it make sense to completely
exclude the default game names, and maybe also exclude anyone with less
than say 3 or 4 games, which would avoid the clutter of one time players.
