[Freeciv] New NeoTrident (1.2)

The NeoTrident tileset has just been updated.

Among other things it features new flags, better graphics and new jungles.

You can find it at http://www.lycanthropy.net/civ/ , and I have uploaded
it to ftp.freeciv.org's incoming directory.
