help please!!!

after installing freeciv

when i run civserver the error message 

0: bind failed: Adress already in use

appears on my screen!!!

when i try to run civclient after that it seems to be able to connwct to the
localhost.
but when i try to start the game the command "start" can not be executed, it
cannot even be found!!!!

please help and send your suggestions to joerg.sp@xxxxxx
